TEV provides AI-powered insights and informational content related to stocks and commodities. The content is for general information only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Users should conduct their own research or consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use the App.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
The App offers Free (limited), Standard, and Premium plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a 30-day recurring basis and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their store policies.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the information provided by the App. TEV is not responsible for any financial loss, trading decisions, or outcomes resulting from the use of the App.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer, abuse the service, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
6. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time without notice.

TEV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any information.
